Is Limewire a good site and safe for downloading free music for my ipod?
My friend says she has Limewire to download free music for her ipod but when I went there I was so confused and skeptical about the site. Is it safe, easy, and really free? Can you really download music to your ipod because I have itunes and I have to pay cents per song. I need help!

Itunes is a lot better and worth cents per song, but limewire works. Be careful about what you download on it, though. A good trick to avoid viruses is to type the words in a song name out of order or leave out the little words, if the file is real it will have the name correctly no matter what order you searched for it in. A lot of viruses are set to bring up whatever you typed exactly as you typed it out of order and all! in or just something random like track . And only download itunes files. times out of mp or WMA files are viruses or SPAM.brbrAnd, it is illegal. I prefer to just own up and pay for my music. Although you can find some pretty unique live pirates and rare things that arent on itunes.
