I HATE orange!!!!! where can i complain!?
i have a cracked screen and insurance have been with them for years or more and they wont give me a new phone or screen at least!

hey, theres a few ways out of this which i really shouldnt be saying, but like i care lol brbrfirst of all, why didnt they accept ur insurance claim? what are u covered for insurance wise? if u have insurance, accidental damage should be covered and this comes under accidental damage...they wont repair it under the warranty, but u can ask for an insurance replacement, providing u pay the excess...brbrif that doesnt work, ask what ur covered for....if ur covered for loss, u may want to take a walk in a few days time and accidently drop ur phone lol if u do that though, u have to report it stolen to orange straight away u need a concrete story, just say u got to work and its not there so it must be lsot cos u had it when u left the house, get it barred handset and sim and make sure u report it stolen to the police WITHIN hours so u get a crime ref number...brbronce uve got ur ref number, u can make ur insurance claim and get a new phone...but rather than doin that, they should let u claim accidental damage...thats what we do at o...let me know why it got rejected n ill see what else i can come up with...
